Text Message Communications

Yeti Groove Media uses SMS messaging to help local vendors and business operators manage their presence on our platforms. Text messages are sent only to individuals who have expressly provided their phone number and requested communication from us.

We do not send unsolicited text messages. All SMS communications are transactional or informational in nature - for example, sending a vendor their check-in link at their request.

Message types we send:

• Check-in link delivery for food truck vendors (requested via our website)
• Event-related reminders for opted-in organizers
• Account or operational notifications for registered platform users
