Yeti Groove Media ("we", "us", "our") operates yetigroove.com and associated community platforms including manitoubeachmichigan.com. This policy describes how we handle personal information.

Information we collect:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number) provided voluntarily through our platforms
• Business information submitted for directory or scheduling purposes
• Order details and media files (photos, videos, logos) you submit with a video or content order; stored securely and used only to produce your deliverables
• Usage data collected via standard web analytics (page views, device type)

How we use your information:

• To provide requested services (e.g., sending a check-in link via SMS)
• To operate and improve our community platforms
• To communicate operational updates to registered vendors and partners

We do not:

• Sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Send unsolicited commercial text messages or emails
• Store payment card data (all payments are processed by Stripe)

Data retention: We retain contact information only as long as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by emailing daryl@yetigroove.com.

Third-party services: Our platforms use Notion (data storage), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and file storage, including order media stored in Vercel Blob). Each operates under their own privacy policy.
