Terms of Service

By ordering services from or using yetigroove.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. The Site is operated by Yeti Groove Media, Devils Lake, Michigan. Contact: daryl@yetigroove.com.

Our services

The studio produces short-form social video (ordered through the Site), cinematic microsites, and commissioned films. Commissioned films and larger projects are governed by a separate written proposal and service agreement; where a signed agreement exists, that agreement controls over these Terms.

Social video orders

• Ordering: Orders are placed through the Site. Production begins after payment and receipt of your materials.
• Turnaround: Typical delivery is 3 to 5 business days from receipt of complete materials. Turnaround targets are estimates, not guarantees.
• Revisions: Revision rounds are $50 per round unless your package states otherwise. Script-based styles include one script approval before production.
• Refunds: Because each piece is custom work, no refunds once production has started. If a deliverable is defective or does not match the order, contact us and we will make it right.

Your materials

By submitting photos, video, logos, or other media with an order, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, including permission from people who appear in them, and you grant us a license to use them to produce your deliverables. You are responsible for the accuracy of any business claims, offers, or pricing you ask us to include.

Deliverables and license

On full payment, you receive a license to use your final deliverables for your business marketing across all media. The studio retains ownership of project files and working assets, and may display finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Visualizations

Some deliverables may include photoreal visualizations of planned or unbuilt work, produced from plans and reference material you supply. These are labeled as visualizations. You are responsible for how they are used in your own sales and advertising, including any disclosure your industry requires.

Partner licensing

Licensed partner programs (such as Lake Access) are governed by their separate partner agreements.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading. We may decline any order at our discretion with a full refund of unstarted work.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeti Groove Media's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the deliverable at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lenawee County, Michigan.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
